In the first quarter of 2025, several business finance and solutions applications demonstrated notable performance trends in Australia. Drawing data from Sensor Tower, we can see how these apps fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Xero Me showed a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from 3.4K and peaking at over 10K in mid-February. The app also saw a significant rise in weekly active users, growing from 146K to approximately 227K by the end of the quarter.

Square Point of Sale (POS) experienced a steady growth in weekly downloads, beginning at 3.8K and reaching 6.4K by the end of March. Active users increased from 104K to nearly 132K, indicating positive user engagement throughout the quarter.

My Maxxia had an initial surge in downloads, hitting 24.7K in late January before stabilizing to around 2.6K by the end of March. Despite this fluctuation, the app maintained a presence in the market.
